開運良鹽是針對海鹽具有趨吉避凶的傳統文化，結合臺南五府千歲及五行學說，設計出具有開運效果的食用鹽及沐浴鹽包裝，透過創新趣味提升海鹽文創設計的價值。

The design concept of Good Luck Salt is derived from a traditional culture that sea salt can avoid evil and bring auspicious. It also combines the Five House Chitose in Tainan and the theory of Five Elements. The edible salt and bath salt package have been designed for bring good fortune. And through the fun of innovation, it enhances the value of cultural and creative design of sea salt (Haiyan).
